We are big supporters of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) where up to 60% of the dwelling is built off site greatly increasing build rates thus reducing onsite carbon output.  MMC housing uses thermally efficient building fabrics and provides energy efficient and controllable building services, including from renewable sources. Dwellings constructed via MMC will contribute towards a net zero future and reduce energy bills for future occupiers.
