We are big supporters of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) where up to 60% of the dwelling is built off site greatly increasing build rates thus reducing onsite carbon output.  MMC housing uses thermally efficient building fabrics and provides energy efficient and controllable building services, including from renewable sources. Dwellings constructed via MMC will contribute towards a net zero future and reduce energy bills for future occupiers. At we are committed to all of our developments providing up to 70% MMC housing, and eventually 100% in the future.

Phase 1
This site, situated just outside a small town in Bedfordshire was exchanged with Linden Homes in May 2018 and an application was lodged for 161 dwellings with 35% being affordable. Linden Homes completed with in 2019 for £15,100,000.
Etonbury Park
Etonbury Park is the proposed new development on the site to the South of Arlesey Road in Stotfold. is preparing a scheme that will offer significant benefits to the wider community in Stotfold and to the future residents of the site.
Sandy Car Park
We constructed a 187 space car park in Sandy adjacent to the Sandy Train station, this car park is open now to the public. There is also 8 car charging points which can charge up to 16 cars at the same time as they are duel port.
SANDY completed the acquisition of this centrally located site in Letchworth at the start 2022. The site is allocated for development in the emerging NHDC local plan and will deliver over 65 Homes. A planning application is being prepared with a view to submit in Q3 2022 and deliver the homes in full by Q4 2023.
